One record the whole event reads from

A live event is a sequence of people, rooms, and times, the same shape as a matter on the Case Board. You build the event record once: the dates, the venue or the Zoom room, the speakers, the sessions, the schedule. Everything downstream reads from that one record, so the speaker you enter at nine in the morning is the speaker on the run of show, the livestream lower-third, and the registration page, without being typed four times.

That single source is the whole idea. A conference is dozens of moving parts, and the parts that drift are the ones entered separately. Here they are entered once and they stay in step.

You do not fill out forms. You speak the event into being the way you speak a case onto the board. Say the dates, the venue, the speakers, the session titles, and the schedule fills itself in.
