Privacy Terms

Information we collect: what you provide (name, email, billing, account information, uploaded content and files); collected automatically (log data, IP, device, usage); from third parties such as our payment processor.

How we use it: to provide and operate the Service, process your content through AI features, handle billing, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.

AI: inputs are sent to OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Anthropic’s Claude, and Google’s Gemini to deliver features; we do not use your content to train AI models.

Sub-processors: Supabase (storage), OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Anthropic’s Claude, and Google’s Gemini (AI), SureCart (billing), Resend (email), Matterport (3D where used), and Envato (licensed music). The providers named above are our current sub-processors; we post material changes to this list here.

Sale or sharing: we do not sell your personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention: records are kept while your account is active; archived accounts retain all records intact; full deletion happens only at your explicit request or to correct a mistaken entry; we retain materials as needed for legal obligations, including the two-year retention rule for Texas attorney advertising and solicitation materials.

Security: reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging.

Your rights: access, correct, delete, port, and opt out of certain processing; Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including an appeal process. Contact Julie Good at info@imcmachine.com.
