A printed sheet gives the visitor something useful to carry from the room. We design and produce twenty-five listing sheets from approved property facts, identity, contact information, and selected photographs. You may order one or two sets.

Why This Service Fits
This service fits an open house, relocation packet, listing presentation, or private showing where paper belongs on the table. It is a tactile companion to the property page, not a substitute for current digital information.
The Investment
The complete service is $400. Reserve it with a 50% booking deposit of $200. The remaining balance is invoiced when the approved work is ready for final delivery. Taxes, permits, separately approved third-party costs, additions to the work, and travel beyond the published territory are separate when applicable.
Good Work Begins With Good Information
- You supply accurate property facts and confirm your authority to market, photograph, film, and publish the property and every person shown.
- Good Creative Media provides property marketing and media production. We do not provide brokerage, MLS entry, appraisal, inspection, survey, title, legal, permitting, property-management, lease-drafting, or tenant-screening services.
- You or your broker approve every public claim. Fair Housing requirements, platform rules, and applicable law govern the finished campaign. No sale, lease, booking, showing, inquiry, reach, click, price, or time on market is guaranteed.
- Client-approved facts and proofs are final for printing. Reprints caused by later fact, price, availability, or contact changes are separately billed.

How Engagements Begin: Checkout places your deposit and reserves a place on the Good Creative Media production calendar. The studio reviews and accepts each project before work begins. When the calendar holds room for your project, your deposit applies in full to the project balance. When the calendar is full, your deposit is refunded in full.
