Why This Service Fits
This add-on fits an MLS date, scheduled showing, seller commitment, or campaign opening that cannot use the standard delivery window. Priority changes the schedule, not the standards applied to the work.
The Investment
The complete service is $1,800. Reserve it with a 50% booking deposit of $900. The remaining balance is invoiced when the approved work is ready for final delivery. Taxes, permits, separately approved third-party costs, additions to the work, and travel beyond the published territory are separate when applicable.

- You supply accurate property facts and confirm your authority to market, photograph, film, and publish the property and every person shown.
- Good Creative Media provides property marketing and media production. We do not provide brokerage, MLS entry, appraisal, inspection, survey, title, legal, permitting, property-management, lease-drafting, or tenant-screening services.
- You or your broker approve every public claim. Fair Housing requirements, platform rules, and applicable law govern the finished campaign. No sale, lease, booking, showing, inquiry, reach, click, price, or time on market is guaranteed.
- Rush timing begins only after capture is complete and all required facts, permissions, selections, and approvals are received. Scope changes or third-party outages may change delivery timing.

How Engagements Begin: Checkout places your deposit and reserves a place on the Good Creative Media production calendar. The studio reviews and accepts each project before work begins. When the calendar holds room for your project, your deposit applies in full to the project balance. When the calendar is full, your deposit is refunded in full.
