What We Prepare
- We photograph the scheduled interior and exterior spaces.
- We capture a three-dimensional tour for a home up to 5,000 square feet.

Why This Service Fits
This service fits a seller, agent, or manager who wants a cohesive campaign with fewer vendor handoffs. The photographs, tour, and film are planned together, so each medium answers a different question without telling three different stories.
The Investment
The complete service is $15,000. Reserve it with a 50% booking deposit of $7,500. The remaining balance is invoiced when the approved work is ready for final delivery. Taxes, permits, separately approved third-party costs, additions to the work, and travel beyond the published territory are separate when applicable.
Good Work Begins With Good Information
- You supply accurate property facts and confirm your authority to market, photograph, film, and publish the property and every person shown.
- Good Creative Media provides property marketing and media production. We do not provide brokerage, MLS entry, appraisal, inspection, survey, title, legal, permitting, property-management, lease-drafting, or tenant-screening services.
- You or your broker approve every public claim. Fair Housing requirements, platform rules, and applicable law govern the finished campaign. No sale, lease, booking, showing, inquiry, reach, click, price, or time on market is guaranteed.
- Aerial work is not included; add GCM-2508 when an aerial session is desired. This service is already included in GCM-2505 and must not be purchased twice for the same property.

Engagements: Checkout places a refundable deposit. The studio accepts each project before work begins; your deposit applies to the project in full, or returns to you in full when the calendar is full.
