What We Prepare

Why This Service Fits
This service fits a home where adjacency, stairs, room sequence, or distance matters. It gives the viewer orientation, but it is a marketing tour and never a substitute for an inspection, measurement, appraisal, or in-person visit.
The Investment
The complete service is $4,500. Reserve it with a 50% booking deposit of $2,250. The remaining balance is invoiced when the approved work is ready for final delivery. Taxes, permits, separately approved third-party costs, additions to the work, and travel beyond the published territory are separate when applicable.

- You supply accurate property facts and confirm your authority to market, photograph, film, and publish the property and every person shown.
- Good Creative Media provides property marketing and media production. We do not provide brokerage, MLS entry, appraisal, inspection, survey, title, legal, permitting, property-management, lease-drafting, or tenant-screening services.
- You or your broker approve every public claim. Fair Housing requirements, platform rules, and applicable law govern the finished campaign. No sale, lease, booking, showing, inquiry, reach, click, price, or time on market is guaranteed.
- Matterport is a third-party platform. Hosting, renewal, platform features, and availability beyond the included delivery period may require a separate fee and remain subject to Matterport terms.

Engagements: Checkout places a refundable deposit. The studio accepts each project before work begins; your deposit applies to the project in full, or returns to you in full when the calendar is full.
