Guests book the stay they can already imagine. We review one permitted, active short-stay listing, put the rooms and amenities in a useful order, and prepare a thirty-day campaign around the actual experience of the property. You may order one to three listings.

Why This Service Fits
This service is for an operator with a listing that is already authorized to advertise. It helps a guest understand arrival, rooms, outdoor areas, and house rules without suggesting that marketing replaces local permits, taxes, zoning, or platform approval.
The Investment
The complete service is $1,000. Reserve it with a 50% booking deposit of $500. The remaining balance is invoiced when the approved work is ready for final delivery. Taxes, permits, separately approved third-party costs, additions to the work, and travel beyond the published territory are separate when applicable.

- You supply accurate property facts and confirm your authority to market, photograph, film, and publish the property and every person shown.
- Good Creative Media provides property marketing and media production. We do not provide brokerage, MLS entry, appraisal, inspection, survey, title, legal, permitting, property-management, lease-drafting, or tenant-screening services.
- You or your broker approve every public claim. Fair Housing requirements, platform rules, and applicable law govern the finished campaign. No sale, lease, booking, showing, inquiry, reach, click, price, or time on market is guaranteed.

Engagements: Checkout places a refundable deposit. The studio accepts each project before work begins; your deposit applies to the project in full, or returns to you in full when the calendar is full.
