How ordering works
Every purchase begins as a deposit that requests a place on our production calendar, and acceptance of each project rests with Good Creative Media. We confirm within two business days. On acceptance, your deposit applies in full to your project. If our calendar is already spoken for, your deposit returns to you promptly and in full.
How Subscriptions Begin: Checkout reserves your account, and the studio reviews and accepts each new subscription before onboarding begins. When the studio calendar holds room for your account, your first payment applies to your first billing period. When the calendar is full, your payment is refunded in full. Prices are starting points and exclude applicable tax.
San Antonio and Bexar County. The Machine is built for here first. For another city, county, or region, the build-out is custom and carries its own setup fee.
