Q: When the Issue Spotter surfaces a motion to suppress, has it decided the motion is the right move for the case?
A: No. The pathway is a proposal for counsel to weigh, not a conclusion. The Issue Spotter shows the finding in the evidence it rests on and the rule it leans on, then waits. The lawyer who knows the judge, the client, and the case decides whether the pathway is worth the court’s time.
Q: Where do the facts in a drafted motion come from?

Q: Why does a court-facing draft pass through three AI systems instead of one?
