A motion that arrives in the wrong format is a motion a coordinator hands back before a judge ever reads it. Why a versioned library serves the defense bar
A solo defender has no precedent bank down the hall, no senior partner’s drawer of motions that worked in front of this judge. The versioned library is built to be that drawer. It holds the office’s approved forms in one place, updates when the lawyer updates them, and prints them in the caption the court expects, so the appointed defender drafts from the same prepared starting point a larger office would have.
